Hiring linen should feel straightforward and friendly. If you’re organising linen for a bach, holiday home or short stay, you probably have a few questions:

We’ve pulled together some of the most common questions below. If you’re still unsure, please get in touch. We’re always happy to help nut it out. Our services are pick-up only from our Whenuakite base, and we service surrounding beach areas.
Do I pay when I place the order?
Not immediately. We'll review your order first. If any adjustments are needed, we'll be in touch before confirming the booking. Once everything is correct, we'll send through an invoice with payment details. Payment is required to secure your order.
How quickly can I get linen ready?
Orders placed by 10am are typically available for collection within 36 hours. If you're booking ahead for a busy period, we recommend placing your order early to ensure availability.
Is Linen 4 You pick up only?
Yes. All orders are collected from our Whenuakite base. Your linen will be packed and ready to go, making collection quick and easy. Collection and returns are available seven days a week during daylight hours.
What linen do you supply?
We supply linen for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens, including flat sheets, pillowcases, towels, face cloths, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
Choose from our Standard or Platinum range to suit your property and budget. Platinum towels are generously sized spa towels, while our Standard range features traditional bath towel sizing.
Please note that we do not supply fitted sheets, duvet covers or beach towels.
Do I need to wash the linen before returning it?
No. Simply return used linen to us. All linen is commercially laundered between guests.
What if I’m new and not sure what to order?
That’s completely fine. Most people aren’t sure the first time. We will help guide you based on your property and guest numbers so you don’t over or under order.
